Job DescriptionAs the administrative assistant, the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support the trustees and administrators.Responsibilities Answering and transferring phone calls when needed to replace receptionist
Dealing directly with the executives, trustees and administrators
Data Entry
Preparing bankruptcy files (Personal & Corporate)
Learning the Bankruptcy business in depth to be fully efficient
General office duties
Requirements A minimum of 2 years as an administrative assistant
Experience working for a bankruptcy trustee or a law firm is an ASSET
Fully Bilingual spoken and written
Must be a quick learner
Pro-active
